Having the aio radiator in front of the pc isn't ideal too as it would dump all the cpu heat into the case. Unless the pump is situated in the radiator you would want it to exit its air on top of the case. You cannot do that with the psu on top.

I have the Asrock Phantom Gaming 7900XT, I have been really happy with it. The 266w PPT can be increased to 306w (+15%) with the power slider in AMD Adrenaline or MSI Afterburner to match the Sapphire Nitro+. I am guessing the Sapphire can also be increased by 15% though, making it 348w PPT?
